We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you make your selection carefully and review your order prior to purchasing.

Product Damage / Defects / Wrong Item Received
We personally review every order prior to shipping to ensure everything is in working order and good condition and matches what has been ordered. We also make and keep records of this process for each order.

Please open and check your items as soon as you have received them. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately at hello@minxmanx.com

If it is discovered that the parcel itself and/or the contents are damaged/missing and this has happened in transit, we shall refer you to Australia Post to make a compensation claim directly with them.

If our products/we are found to be at fault, depending on if the issue is classified as minor or major, we may offer to repair/replace the affected item, or a partial/full refund for the value of the affected item.
