Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect selections or purchases where you simply decide an item is no longer wanted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where available. We'll review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may offer a repair or another appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If an item needs to be returned because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll provide instructions and arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required. Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist you with the process.
